We read employers’ own careers pages and applicant-tracking feeds, then check them daily. Listing is free, and always will be. We are not a paid placement service and we do not take money to rank anything.
One email with your careers page URL. That is usually all we need — we can work out the rest from the page itself.
Journalism, documentary, video and film production, photojournalism, audio and podcasting, and public media. Roles at your organisation that are not that — finance, sales, general engineering — will not appear, even if they are on the same careers page.
We honour robots.txt without exception. If yours disallows us we will not read your page, and we will not work around it. Add these two lines to your robots.txt and email us:

That doubles as proof you control the domain, so we do not have to ask you for anything else.
Email [email protected] and we will drop it. We do not ask why. Every listing links straight to your own posting, so closing the role at your end takes it out of circulation anyway — and listings expire here after 30 days regardless.
