What We Need: iHeartMedia is seeking a Multiplatform Producer-Board Operator to produce and distribute compelling Spanish-language content across digital and social platforms, podcasts, television/video and broadcast radio. Digital content production will be a primary focus of this role. The ideal candidate is a strong multimedia producer with solid editorial judgment, live production experience and the ability to work closely with on-air talent and Programming to develop content from concept and preparation through live execution, editing, publishing and distribution. This position requires a Spanish-language-first editorial approach rooted in Miami and South Florida, with a strong understanding of the region’s news, culture, current events and diverse audiences. The producer must be able to identify the local relevance, cultural context and audience angle of local, national and international stories.

What You'll Do:

• Create, edit, package and publish daily content for social media, digital platforms, podcasts and broadcast. .

• Identify compelling moments from the show and turn them into platform-appropriate digital content, including short-form video, audio clips, graphics, posts and articles.

• Produce, edit, package and distribute podcast content and other on-demand audio.

• Write headlines, captions, descriptions, articles and other supporting copy for digital content.

• Create and adapt graphics, photos and visual assets for social media and show promotion.

• Schedule, publish and distribute content across social, web and other digital platforms.

• Exercise editorial judgment in selecting timely, relevant and engaging content for digital distribution.

• Monitor digital and social trends and identify opportunities for timely content.

• Maintain brand and visual consistency across platforms.

• Operate the control board and produce live and recorded radio programming.

• Coordinate show elements, audio, playback, callers and other production elements with on-air talent.

• Record and edit audio and video content for broadcast and digital use.

• Monitor programming and troubleshoot basic studio, audio and production workflow issues.

• Support remote broadcasts, special programming, digital productions and live events as needed.

• Coordinate with Programming, Digital, Engineering and other teams as needed. What You'll Need:

• Professional-level Spanish proficiency required , with excellent speaking, writing, reading comprehension and interpretation skills. Must be able to understand and communicate cultural context, nuance and tone when developing Spanish-language content.

• Minimum 2 years of professional television production experience , with experience at a major television network strongly preferred.

• Working English proficiency required for internal communication and collaboration.

• Strong knowledge of Miami and South Florida news, culture, current events and the interests of the region’s diverse Spanish-speaking audiences.

• Strong research, interview preparation and editorial skills, with the ability to quickly understand a topic, identify the relevant angle and provide talent with accurate context and supporting information.

• Experience booking and coordinating guests and interviews preferred.

• Experience creating and managing rundowns and executing live productions, including timing, cues, transitions, interviews, commercial breaks and real-time adjustments.

• Strong understanding of live television and radio timing, programming benchmarks and audience-focused programming strategies.

• Strong audio and video editing skills and proficiency with professional digital content creation and production tools.

• Experience creating, editing, packaging and publishing short-form and long-form video for major social media and digital platforms.

• Experience producing, editing, packaging and distributing podcasts and other on-demand content.

• Strong Spanish-language writing and copywriting skills for social posts, headlines, descriptions, articles and other digital content.

• Ability to create or adapt graphics, photos and visual assets for digital and social use.

• Strong understanding of how content should be produced and packaged differently for television/video, social media, web, podcasts and broadcast radio.

• Strong editorial judgment and ability to identify timely, relevant and engaging content while maintaining accuracy and appropriate context.

• Experience with broadcast consoles and radio production workflows preferred.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in live production and fast-moving digital environments and adapt when content, timing or priorities change.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate closely with on-air talent, Programming, Digital and other production teams.

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and special events when required.
